As a fellow Brendan I would feel obligated to nominate him but regardless of the Fraser makes the film of the Whale what it is and without it its mediocre.

This film is yet to be released but from what the critics are saying she seems like a likely favorite for best supporting actress. Also None of the other women on this list stand out to me as favorites.

2022 and 2023 was a great year for animated films and practically all the films on this list could win this category but my personal favorite has to be Guilermo de Toro’s Pinocchio. Pinocchio is a film that has been done over many many times but none quote like this the story is new and inventive. This top motion is also outstanding and this film is truly a masterpiece on all fronts
