On September 5th the St. Edward service team will be taking about 6 Edsmen to St. James from 3:30 to 6 in order to help paint a part of their rectory as part of the new outreach part of our service projects. They will be changing their Day Care center into a Youth Group space. All you need to bring is yourself! This will count for 2½ service hours for all who attend. Sign up quickly!
Also, on September 7th and 8th there will be opportunities to get service hours by helping out with community meals at St. Vitus through St. Edward. It is a benefit dinner being held by the Altar and Rosary society of St. Vitus. The hours will be from 8:30-11:30 AM on the 7th and from 11 AM- 2 PM on the 8th. See Mr. Kubrak in the Kahl center for more info.
Lastly, on September 4th there will be an opportunity to help out at the Cleveland Food bank by sorting boxes. A lot of available service hours for all who need them!
