Former Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, is a woman who without a doubt has led a very lively lifestyle center around one place, Washington, DC. She has spent years forming a major political resume dating back to being the First Lady of Arkansas to the Senate to THE First Lady and even the Secretary of State. What some do not understand, though, is that experience does not always mean expertise.
Many Americans do not understand that Hillary Clinton’s political ventures have also been filled with scandals upon controversy upon scandals. Hey, she won’t own up to them and neither will many of her followers, but that is their decision under the Constitution. What Hillary Clinton has done with these accusations, though, is what makes her public enemy number one. She has lived all her life as a politician and has therefore lived it by answering questions without answering it in any way. In every scandal that any American can find on the Internet, when Hillary Clinton is accused of a scandalous act, and it turns out to be the truth she denies every facet of it. When it was the Whitewater Scandal, both of the Clintons lied about ever committing fraud and pressuring investors to give up money for a faulty real estate deal under the Whitewater Corporation. All of this happened while Hillary Clinton herself was a top advisor to her husband the Attorney General and Governor of Arkansas at the time, and therefore had the eligibility to have taken action in this scandal. This involvement, she never admitted to and was just the first of many accurate, but never proven, accusations against her.
Also, when a politician such as Mrs. Clinton changes her views when it suits her, she is only confirming the popular definition of a politician that is even second to a generic, a person who holds office, which is: “A seeker or holder of public office, who is more concerned about winning favor or retaining power than about maintaining principles.” This definition is what Hillary Clinton lives by. She even stated that she was a Progressive Democrat (meaning a Democrat who has more of extreme liberal views) in the 2008 race, then to a Moderate Democrat (meaning a Democrat who is less liberal than a progressive) in July 2015, and finally back to Progressive Democrat once more in September of the Presidential Race. Many might assume that this is just a slip of the tongue or a amicable changing in opinion, but it is so much more of serious position shifts.
When it came to the Benghazi Scandal during her Secretary of State position, several months ago Hillary Clinton went before a committee to deal with the accusations. In this trial she admitted, “She had sent e-mails to her family saying, ‘Hey, this attack at Benghazi was caused by Al Qaida-like elements.” This all happened while, “She spent over a week telling the families of the victims and the American people that it was because of a video.” This all happened while Mrs. Clinton eased by and was given a roaring approval for her conduct in these investigations. Now, even in the 2016 Presidential Race, where she is hoping the American people will trust her once more now as a President, she has been accused of mishandling VERY SECRET TOP SECRET information on a simple public email account. When a person as a handles the nation’s most vital secrets and nobody thinks she is in the wrong, there is a problem. The point of a Secretary of State is to advise a President on Foreign Affairs (Problems that need Help/Dealt with), and is therefore a number 1 tier cabinet member. When a person of this level does not even have the decency to deal with the small matter of acquiring a government secured email it is in fact, a huge problem.
This country runs on Politicians who are supposed to be in charge of this country’s most vital governmental roles, and when a person holds a position such as this and doesn’t take it seriously by committing miscreant or even criminal acts, that is again a problem. All of these words define what Hillary Clinton’s political resume has been filled with.
So I ask you again, Can Hillary Diane Rodham Clinton actually be trusted with being a law- abiding citizen let alone the President of the United States. I certainly don’t think so.
